R. Michael DeLoach

R. Michael DeLoach has been board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of civil trial and construction law and is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit and County Court Mediator. He has represented clients in criminal cases, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings; has briefed and argued appellate cases before the Second, Third, and Fifth District Courts of Appeals of the State of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; and has prepared and filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. Mr. DeLoach established his own law firm in January 1995, with practice emphasis on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Construction Law, General Civil Trial Litigation, and Mediation.
